The event is 10km out of Wanaka (Saturday evening post event social function will be held in wanaka).

In March Wanaka is a popular destination and gets very booked up.   The weekend of our competition is Otago Anniversary weekend (public holiday in the area on the Monday 20th).  Thus accommodation will be booked up quickly.  Suggest that once your registered for the event we suggest that you book your accommodation.

Cardrona Valley (historic Cardrona Hotel and Ben Brae Apartments)

Queenstown - approx 1 hours drive over Crown Range Road

For the 2017 event we are looking at having onsite camping options for teams.   If you are interested in camping please email us and we will provide some details once the camping options are confirmed.  There will be access to woolshed cooking facilities and toilet.  Note all belongings will need to be cleared out of the woolshed during the day as this area is used for the competition.
